About Wendy Darland

As a Partner with B2B CFO®, I work with the largest CFO and Exit Transition Services company in the nation, with more than 225 partners in 46 states. We work closely with business owners and CEO’s, using our proven six-step process The B2B CFO® Game Plan™, to identify, implement and achieve greater success in key financial objectives for their companies. The firm’s motto is: First Direction, then Velocity.

I have a rich history in increasing shareholder and owner value through financial discipline, strategic technology implementation, and sound business planning. My experience as a CFO and Senior Finance Executive extends to virtually every aspect of a business’ financial and operating needs. In addition to managing finance and operations, I have had direct responsibility for Pricing, Risk Management, Investor Relations, Procurement, Facilities, HR, and IT.

For over 20 years, my focus has been on helping business leaders address the following:

  • Timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and presentation
  • Cash flow management
  • Profit Improvement
  • Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Managing bank, audit and legal relationships
  • M&A, including acquisitions, divestments and post-merger integration
  • Talent acquisition and retention
  • Internal restructuring and cost containment
  • Company financing

I provide CFO consulting services to privately-held businesses with revenues between $3 to $75 million, partnering for a long-term relationship, while working on an as-needed basis. This allows companies to benefit from my experience without the cost of a full-time Financial executive.
