About Len Morrissey
Bringing a diverse background, Len provides proven leadership with a practical hands-on approach. With nearly 20 years of banking experience, largely in the commercial and SBA lending arena, 7+ years as a CFO and President of a NH and MN Based manufacturing company, founder of a startup business, as well as years of consulting one-on-one with business founders and owners, Len has walked in the shoes of owners and understands the daily challenges and opportunities they face.
Len began his career in commercial banking where he was exposed to and helped thousands of companies and entrepreneurs throughout the US and Canada. In 2007, Len was recruited by one of his customers, RAPID Manufacturing, to become their CFO. As CFO Len became a key member of the senior management team that developed a unique growth model. Len later became President of RAPID Manufacturing where he oversaw and managed the company’s unprecedented growth and eventual sale to ProtoLabs a leading public company in the space.
Building teams is what inspires and drives Len; it is the bedrock of any company’s aspirations. He also works with several businesses primarily on a consultative basis but whose primary mission is to grow. Len personally has been certified in various personality and intuition-based models (Kolbe and Predictive Index) which aims to help ensure companies are hiring the right people, putting them in the right jobs and ensuring colleagues are working most effectively with one another.

Len earned his business degree from MUN (Memorial University of Newfoundland) as well as his PFP (Personal Financial Planning designation) from the CSI (Canadian Securities Institute). He is also certified in Predictive Index and Kolbe. Len and his wife Nadine split their time between Boston where they’ve lived for the past 20 years and recently in Buffalo where the spend time with their large extended family. Len is a past Canadian Chess champion, plays guitar and sings in a couple of fun bands and loves all sports, especially soccer, football, and basketball.
